Mark Headrick

Focus
Mark represents Coral on several boards of portfolio companies and acts as in-house legal counsel for Coral and its portfolio companies at all stages of development.

Experience
Mark has structured hundreds of private equity transactions over his last 16 years in venture capital. As well, Mark has managed SEC compliance and reporting and led due diligence and exit analysis. He has also assisted portfolio companies with strategic acquisitions. Mark’s other areas of experience and expertise include governance and compensation structuring.

Education
Mark graduated cum laude with a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
