Mark is Coral’s resident legal expert. He has been in the venture capital business for over twenty years and over that time has overseen over 500 financings and over 60 M&A transactions.
Mark specializes in structuring new investments, assisting portfolio companies with strategic combinations and architecting mergers and acquisitions. His responsibilities span legal strategy through SEC compliance and reporting.
