Focus
Mark oversees all of the legal affairs at Coral Capital, including deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and corporate governance. He represents Coral on boards of several portfolio companies.

Experience
Mark has extensive experience architecting transactions, assisting portfolio companies with strategic combinations and M & A transactions and leading due diligence and exit analysis of portfolio companies. His responsibilities span legal strategy through SEC compliance and reporting.

Education
Mark graduated cum laude with a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and has a B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
